SmokeSpot Games operates official Dropcult Discord communities. Our Discord communities use automated community management tools (“Community Engine”) to improve player support and community quality.
Community Engine may process Discord user IDs, display names, messages posted in channels where Community Engine is enabled, bug reports, feature requests, gameplay questions, community feedback, community participation, and public interactions with Community Engine.
Community Engine uses this information to answer gameplay questions, provide player support, organize bug reports, route reports to appropriate development channels, detect frequently asked questions, improve our knowledge base, recommend FAQ and community rule updates, generate aggregate community analytics and reports, improve our products and services, and help maintain a safe and welcoming community.
Certain Community Engine features use third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate responses, summarize discussions, detect trends, classify feedback, assist moderators, and improve player support. Message content may be processed by these providers solely for these purposes.
We do not sell personal information collected through Community Engine or use it to create advertising profiles. Participation in our Discord community is voluntary. Users should avoid posting sensitive personal information in public channels.
